When I was little my Grandfather was the CPR station agent at Rocky Mountain House . I got to use a velocipede like this as long as I stayed within certain confines in the yard. I don't have the details on this but the museum also has a wood snow plow built in 1903 by Vancouver Shipyards.
Part of a worktrain display. It was made from a boxcar built for the CNR in 1923. More worktrain equipment. Made from a flatcar and equiped with a large winch.
This steam powered crane was built in 1913. A 65 ton diesel made in 1943 by General Electric Co.It was used by Northwoods in its mill yard.
This engine was built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in 1913.
